A focus word is a word chosen to help you keep centred on your goals. It is a daily reminder about what matters to YOU. I encourage you to spend time going through the 120 words and choose one that is meaningful. These focus words are beautifully designed and made to fit inside a standard 6”x 4” frame. I purchased mine from Kmart. Place it where you will see it multiple times a day. This may be on your classroom desk or at home. You may wish to change your focus word each Term. 

Your focus word will help guide your thinking and encourage you to reach your goals. Choose a word that resonates with you and your journey.
